About Riley

Riley Amanda is an Austin based musician and award winning singer/songwriter with experience for nearly every year she's been alive. She has worked with small to large music classes ranging from preschool to 8th grade and has been teaching private lessons since 2018. Riley is creative, energetic, flexible, affordable, and willing to learn as much as she teaches. When she's not gigging, songwriting, or teaching, Riley enjoys roadtrips with her dog Peaches, camping, and exploring Texas state parks and rivers.

Lesson Types

intended for beginner and intermediate level students of all ages

guitar/ukulele

Guitar and ukulele are student favorites. These classes begin with learning patterns, scales, and level-oriented songs. Options are limitless and creativity is highly encouraged!

note: guitar is ages 11+, younger students will begin on a baritone ukulele, and work their way towards transitioning instruments.

piano/keyboard

This piano course is just as geared towards entertainment as it is towards the actual instrument. The student learns songs they enjoy in a way that works for them. Along with this comes a soft approach to music theory, with some ear training activities and interval games along the way.
